［KEEP THE NOON］プロジェクトは、アーティストの活動場所（＝NOON）の存続と、アーティストの活動自体をサポートすることを両輪とします。まずは特設サイトにおいて、ライブ配信とドネーション（投げ銭）システムの導入、楽曲販売、アーカイブ動画の配信／販売、グッズ販売などを展開。それらの収益をNOONおよび関わったアーティストで分配します。ほか、この時代、この局面だからこそ生まれるアイデアも試行錯誤していきます。
